Problem
Customers commissioning construction projects often face uncertainty and lack of visibility into the project’s progress, leading to frustration and poor communication. Traditional construction workflows in India lacked digital solutions that provided real-time updates, document tracking, or seamless communication with the customer.
Solution
We developed a comprehensive app for BuildYard that empowers customers with full project visibility. Features include tracking project timelines, daily progress updates, live CCTV feed for on-site monitoring, document management (quotations, blueprints, permits), payment and billing tracker, and integrated customer support. This solution provided a seamless, transparent experience, reducing the need for constant in-person visits or manual follow-ups.
Impact
The app significantly improved customer satisfaction by providing clear, real-time insights into project progress. It enabled better accountability and trust between BuildYard and its clients, reduced project management overhead, and digitised an industry traditionally dependent on paper and manual tracking.
